Returns Policy

Return Window

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is:

  • Faulty or defective on arrival
  • Not as described on the product listing
  • Damaged during delivery

Return Conditions

  • Product must be in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Product must not show signs of physical damage caused by the buyer
  • Software must not have been altered or licences transferred
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Describe the issue and provide your order number
  3. We will arrange collection or provide a return address
  4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund or replacement within 5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer cannot be returned. Software products and downloadable content are non-refundable once activated.
