Appearances can be deceiving — these guys and gals have been around for a very long time and service has always been very good. Pricing is on par with competitors coupled with professional service and great advice! Give them a shout, you won't be disappointed!

It was really great to find friendly staff who were very helpful in getting the items I needed, and the prices were very reasonable. This is not a combination of professionalism you get a lot these days. I will absolutely recommend them.

First of all, Jason is the best. He responds to emails within minutes. Their prices are very competitive and they offer fast delivery. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new computer or components. As a first time buyer my experience was amazing. This is definitely not my last time shopping with them.

My initial experience with them for an insurance claim started out excellent but turned out to be stressful when the right parts didn't arrive. But they managed to resolve it and kept me in the loop until I was happy with the results.

The lady that assisted me was quite friendly and helpful. The store could do with some improvement to the reception area — it felt more like an admin environment than a store — but the service itself was good.

I reached out to the owner and took my laptop back. They helped me with all my issues — turns out the WiFi is fine on my laptop and works well, and I can access my other hard drive. They made up for the unfortunate experience. Very appreciative.
